Printing Monthly Calendar W/O times Listed

My boss's like to have a monthly calendar with different tasks on whatever
date due. I type the detail into the appointment subject - do not need any
times, notes, etc. When I switch to the printing assistant it will print the
long detail but also includes the times - which I don't need. If I mark it
as an all day event to eliminate the times it will not print the entire
subject. (Able to do this in outlook 2003 but can't figure it out in 2007.)

Is there anyway to print the subject without the times assigned on the
appointment? or better yet, any way to get an outlook calendar into Word to
fully customize how I want?

You can output the Outlook calendar into MS Word (and even MS Excel)
using a 3rd party App Called WinCalendar. For more information see:

It supports a variety of formats & is quite customizable. Enjoy.
