Printing "more items"

How do I print an additonal page of the calendar that would show the "more
items" list that don't fit into the calendar formated for printing. In other
words, I have more items than I have space. But I want to print them somehow.
I have messed around with page set up and format in order to customize the
size to show all items but I have not been sucessful with that. Any ideas out
there????

Hi Linda,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

The overflow items should be printed automatically on a separate page.
Click File/Print Preview/Multiple pages button to see the layout - there
should be showing the overflow pages. Incidentally, if in Calendar view you
widen the space for more tasks to show, you might not have any overflow
tasks. Move the cursor onto a boundary between the weeks until an up/down
arrow occurs, then click and drag downwards to increase the space.
