Printing MS Project on Plotter

I have a XES Synergix 8825 printer. I want to know what "paper size" to
select or if I can add a Plotter (Infinite Paper) to the Page Set Up?

It all depends on the plotter driver you have installed and how big you want
your plot. I'm in the habit of plotting to E size paper. If you have the
plotter driver installed and you print to that plotter you should see all
the available page sizes.
