Printing muliple copies of document?

ln Word 2004, I am unable to print mulitple copies of a document at time.
When I send a print job to the print and tell it to make 2 or more copies, I
still only receive on copy of the document.

I have tried using several different types of printers and with the same
result. Printing from any other application is fine, including other office
apps.

Any ideas would be wonderful.

Seems like there was a similar posting some time ago, but I can't remember
for sure & can't locate it... Until someone with a better memory comes along
here are a few suggestions.

First, is this involving a local printer or a network printer? If a network
printer then this may not help;

Make sure that Office, OS X *&* your printer drivers are up-to-date.

If all is well there, use Disk Utility to Repair Disk Permissions.

Should that not help, go to Word>Preferences>Print, turn off background
printing & see if that makes a difference.

This can also be associated with Section Breaks & hard page breaks
(Cmd+Enter) - any of that involved? If so, what happens if you remove them?
