Printing multi-line "text boxes" with scroll bars

Hi,

We putting together Infopath forms for users to fill in and print from IE.

The forms work well except when we try to print. We enabled "multi-line" in
the properties of the "text box". The problem is that if the user enters
enough text into the "text box" that it does not fit , the sliders show up
and scrolling kicks in to enable adding more text than will fit in the box.
This is fine for online viewing but these forms often need to be printed out
and signed for legal purposes and when we do, the text is truncated to the
size of the table cell the "text box" is in so not all the text is visable.

Is there a way to make the table size dynamic so that the printout will show
all text entered?

Is there a better apprach I should consider?

Thanks,
John

Typically you would create a seperate view for printing but i am not sure how
that works with the web based forms.

In a normal form, you would copy your default view, call it print view,
modify it for printing, change to expression boxes or increase the size, etc.
Then you can go to File -> Page Setup and the printing tab on the default
view and set the pritn view as the one to print. Then when someone tries to
print the default it will print the print view instead, but again I have not
tried this with a web based form. I did run the design checker and it does
not seem to give a warning or error so that should work.
