Printing multiple collated copies

I am unable to print multiple collated copies from visio. Each time I try I
receive one output. I can get multiple w/o the collate option enabled.
Suggestions?

I too have this issue.

I am running XP SP2
Visio 2003 SP2

I am printing to a Ricoh 1515 network printer

Are you using any of the same versions etc?
