Printing multiple copies of the same page created multiple print jobs

E

Essendon

If I create any new excel spreadsheet with only one sheet in it and try
to print this sheet ten times, I get 10 different print jobs.
Is this by design (using Excel 2000)? I get the same behaviour using
different machines/printers with Excel 2000. It doesn't seem to happen
with Word, or any of the other products from Office 2000 Professional.

When I need to print 100 copies of a sheet through a bubble jet
printer, having multiple print jobs makes this a really slow process.
Is there any way of stopping this?

Thanks in advance,

Peter

Perhaps I'm not understanding what you mean. If you want to print 10 copies
of something, click on File - Print. Select what you want to print and tell
it how many copies you want, 10. Click OK. HTH Otto
