We are using Outlook 2003 with SP2
When a user selects a block of messages to print from a mail folder, e.g.
his inbox, the messages do not print out in the order they are sorted in the
inbox. Instead, the plain text messages all print out together, then the HTML
messages all print together. I can understand why this happens because HTML
printing in Outlook is apparently controlled by the internet explorer printer
settings, but what is weird is that the HTML messages don't print in the
order they appear in the inbox, nor do they print in any possible sorting
order from the inbox column headers (e.g. subject, size, from).
This is really upsetting the lawyer who has reported it as he now has to
waste time sorting through the paper print outs to put them in order before
filing them.
Does anyone know how this can be fixed or why it is happening?
Thank you
