Printing multiple pages

My Mac PB G4 running Tiger has just started printing word documents of more
than one page as separate pages, with a separate print run for each page.

Very annoying! Also happens if saving to pdf. You get a separate pdf file
for each page.

Anybody know why, or how to sort it out?

Kind regards to all

Yep. Famous problem.
You have section breaks with changes in page orientation or margin or
paper size.

Get rid of the section breaks or glue the PDFs together with one of the
shareware utilities for doing so.

Tinkering with the margins seems to have made a difference.

I must have changed something inadvertently as it was fine before. It is
now fine again!

Thanks

If a page has margins too small so that the document occupies the
unprintable edge area of a page, Word will displat some error message
about this condition and ask if the user wants to continuei to print.
If the user indicates yes, Word starts a new print job for the current
page.s
