printing multiple report

hi,
i've been trying to print reports abt (10) students progress but it's
a cul de sac.
Up to now i have finished working on 5 sheets (each of them has
details of 5 different subjects: 1-French, 2-English, 3-maths,
4-science and 5-social studies
---
sheet #1 to #5 names of the 10 students with details of oral and
writing marks about each subject. I have also summed,averaged, and
whole lot of things for the whole year.

sheet #6: (the problem) i drew a cerificate reporting on Student
progress in all the subjects. What i wanted to do is work out some
magic to Print a certificate progress for each student gathering info
of marks from all the other sheets
i really appreciate help on this topic.

You could search the topic "mailmerge without word"
You will find an example file with an elefant logo on it
Then you can apply this example to your particular needs.
