Printing multiple sheets

Is there some way to print multiple sheets of a workbook without doing each
one individually?
Thanks.

You could group them first.

Select the first sheet tab, then ctrl-click on each subsequent tab.

Then print.

Remember to ungroup these sheets when you're finished. Almost any change you
make to one of the group, you make to the others in the group.

A useful feature lots of times, but very dangerous if you're not careful.

ps. If you wanted to print all the worksheets, you could show the print dialog
and select entire workbook.

Thank you for the suggestion, I knew I was probably missing something
obvious.

I did a brute-force method to be getting on with but may try this some other
time.

Excel probably isn't the right tool for what I'm doing but at least I've
been able to get all the typing done & can copy into a Word table for
another shot. A real db program might be better but I don't care to attack
that learning curve just for this one project.
