Printing Multiple Worksheets

I'm trying to print multiple worksheets in color. The default setting of our
printer is black and white, so I highlight all the worksheets, go to file
print, select properties, and change the black and white setting to color.
The first worksheet prints out correctly, but the other sheets use the
default settings of the printer.

As a test I tried doing the same thing, but instead of changing color I told
it to duplex. Once again the first worksheet was duplexed and the rest of
the worksheets were not. I've tested this issue on a HP 4100 and a Canon
Image Runner 4080. Any Ideas?

I would first go into Windows Printer settings via Control Panel (not via
Excel) and select color printing for your desired printer. Make that the
default printer or else you'll have to select it from within Excel's Print
dialog. Then print in Excel. If any printouts come out black and white go
into that worksheet's Page Setup and make sure Black and White is not
selected.

Changing the default settings of the printer would fix this problem, but
everything we print out in black and white would be charged color (we're
leasing the copier). It will work if I change the printing defaults for each
worksheet, but if the spreadsheet has 20 workstations, I don’t want to change
the printer setting 20 times.

I have a Excel file with multiple worksheets, each in color. Everytime I try
to print the whole worksheet in color, only the current active worksheet
appears in color, the rest are in b&w?? I've tried setting everything to
color from inside Excel (File/Page Setup and File/Print options) and outside
Excel (set color printer as default in Control Panel) but the same result.
Anybody know how to get round this?
