My boss has asked me to print his next week's 7 day calendar for him on
Friday as well as those contacts he's meeting that week. How do I get
Outlook to automatically print his calendar (my shared calendar) every Friday
at 2 let's say...can i create rules for anything besides emails? Could it
also print the contacts info if when i create the meeting I select them from
his contacts on the meeting window? Help. i'm running outlook 2003,
exchange 2003 and i know nothing about rules. they don't work for me yet.
