Printing not collating

Strange problem word won't collate for me, the option under the file print
menu is checked to collate there is nothing in the printer properties that is
conflicting. I have tried un installing and re installing printer and didn't
help, also have tried printing to another printer didn't help. I also have
re installed office and it didn't help either.

Other people can collate fine to this printer seems to be issuses with this
user and Word
