Printing notebook paper

Using one note..can you print the gridlines so that the finished product
looks like a sheet of notebook paper with notes on it?

The lines shown on the page (that are changeable under View | Rule Lines) do
not print out, as you've seen.

What you might do is to insert an 8.5x11 image of the rule lines into the
page then set it as the background (Right-click the picture then select "Set
as background")

This image on the background will print along with the rest of the document.
