Try the following:
1. Open the project plan in Microsoft Project
2. Click File - Page Setup
3. Click the View tab
5. Select the "Print Notes" option
6. Click the Print Preview button
7. In the lower left corner of the print preview, determine how many pages
will print
8. Click the Print button
9. In the Print Range section of the Print dialog, set the Pages From ___
To ___ option to the page number of the last page
10. Click the OK button
