Printing Numbers on Labels

J

John

Is there a way (without physically typing in every single number) to print
off labels with consecutive numbers for example if I were to type in the
first page number on the first label (A4 size label sheet) say 1 and it
would populate until the end of the A4 label sheet, say 40, then I would
type 41 after printing off the first label sheet etc

It would save me a lot of time

Thanks

Use a label type mailmerge with an Excel Spreadsheet as the datasource with
a column of numbers in that spreadsheet that is very easy to create by
entering the first number in the series into the second row and then in the
third row, enter a formula to add 1 to the number above and then copy that
formula down as many rows as required.

You need to put what will be used as the mergefield name in the first row of
the column.
