Hi everyone,

1. Not sure if I put it the right way.. I have a table with numerous records,

2. 1 record just barely covers 1 third of A4 size, thus can I print multiple
records ?

3. Also I design the layout Each of my record in such a way within a
rectangle 4" X 2" so I do I go about printing all the documents within a
table? Eg: 10 record = 10 rectangle (inside rectangle consist of other
controls such as text box)

Is there a question that I didn't find? You described a layout but nothing
seems to match your Subject.

Hi Duane,

Thanks for the fast response, Layout is in tune with records, Per record per
layout of rectangle.

The table consists of mutltiple records that need to be print in 1 go.

What you are asking for is what happens by default. Generally we get question
here like "I created a report and it prints multiple records. I want it to
print only one."

You should print out every record in your report's record source when
printing. If not, let us know what happens.
