Printing of Arrows

I can't get lines with arrow points to print properly. They look fine on screen, but when printed (either to a printer or to a PDF file), the lines are not centered relative to the arrows. Or, the line will intersect the arrow point midway up or down the arrow lines, not where the arrow comes to a point.

I've tried every combination of line weight and arrow point and this happens in every case. This was somewhat of a problem with Excel 2004, but I was usually able to find some type of arrow point and line width combination that printed correctly. Not so any more. As this happens with an Excel document is printed to a PDF file, I'm assuming that's not related to a specific printer. I've tried page setups for my specific printer (Brother 5040) as well as for "Any Printer."

System: MacBook, 2.16ghz, 2GB RAM, Mac OSX 10.4.7.

Hi Noibs,

There is an issue in Tiger where lines and fills may not appear correctly
when printing (or PDF). This was fixed by Apple in their 10.4.11 update.
Please try downloading the 10.4.11 update from Apple (Pull down the Apple
menu and choose ³Software Update...²) and try your scenario again after
installing and restarting and let us know if that doesn¹t fix it.

I updated to OSX 10.4.11 and the printing problems I described above have been eliminated. Thanks so much to Matt Centurión.
