printing of columns HELP

hi there

i am sure this is a simple question

I have a list of names and phones (column A and B) I would like to
print several columns to fill the page (i.e. just how a phone book
looks
how do I do this)

Another way is to copy A1:Bxxx to MSWord and then paste it there.

Inside word, you can Format|columns... and make it look pretty.
