printing of merge

HI. I only print the first document and not the balance of
the merges. If I advance the pageI print the second
document only.

It sounds as f you are currently just previewing the merge, then using
File|Print. That just prints the data for the current record. If you are
using WOrd 2002/2003 and the Mail Merge Wizard, you need to go to the last
ste p of the Wizard and use the option there to "merge to the printer". In
Word 2000 and earlier you can use the merge to printer button on the
Mailmerge toolbar. (You can do that in Word 2002/2003 as well if you enable
the mailmerge toolbar using Tools|Customize)
