printing on cards

Hello, I have purchased blank greeting cards which are 6
1/2 x 5 inch dimensions. I'm having trouble setting up
the type of publication and or the page/print setup! Not
sure how to customize if needed? Please help. Using
Pub2002 and HP4600 printer. Thank you.
