Printing on Filofax

Unfortunately I still use paper forsomethings!

I have prepunched paper for a filofax "personal" sized
organiser paper code 210806 but I cannt find the
correct "paper type" in the outlook printer dialoge.
Does an upgarde exist or how can I create a new "paper
type" definition.
