Printing on Visio 2003

I usually had problems when trying to print Visio 2000 files (they usually gives me buffer overflow on my printer) , but after upgrading to Visio 2002 the problem disapeared (I could print with no problems). But now I upgrade again to Visio 2003 and the problem came back. Anyone knows about it?
