Printing only Visible Data of a Access Form (using subforms)

S

Stegra

I have a database for foreclosures that uses a form with four subforms - to
input original data and updated information.
Level 1 - Borrower information - 1 page Data for the Customer, Address,
etc
Subform1 - Loan Origination - 1 page Data for Acct no, Open date, Orig bal,
etc
Subform2 - Current Loan Status - Can be multiple pages - Status Date, Bal,
Pmt Amt, Last Paid, Amt Due, Collector, etc
Subform3 - Current Value - Can Be Multiple pages - SEV, SEV Date, Property
est Value, Was a Drive by done, Offers, etc
Subform4 - Tab - Can Be Multiple Pages each - 4 possible results - Leins,
Short Sale, Redemption Info, Misc

What I need is to be able to print ONLY what is seen on the "screen", but
can not do a screen print because the visible page is to large. (do to
monitor resolution for the inputters)

What I am getting is a running tally of each and every section and page of
data.

I need to be able to mix and match the different "pages"

Basically, print only what is the current "Page" for each subform

I could select Page 1 of the current status and page 2 of the current value
or
I could select Page 2 of the current status and page 2 of the current value
or
I could select Page 2 of the current status and page 4 of the current value

I need to be able to cycle through the different pages depending on the
request at that time. This way the department can choose what they want
instead of me having to pre-select data for each account for that moment to
print

Can this be done?
