Printing Option Buttons

I am trying build a report to printout inputs on a form that used Option
Buttons. I would like the printed report to look like Option Buttons or
something similar. there is actually 3 option buttons on the form and are
set to values of 1, 2 and 3. Any help would be greatlt appreciated!!! this
is the first time i have built a report like this and do not really know VB
very well also. THANKS in Advance!!!

You should be able to copy and paste the Option Group/Frame from the form to
the report.
