Hey all

I want to type text in cells next to information that would be on a seperate page if printed. Is there any way to format the worksheet to NOT PRINT that page? I know you can just tell it not to (page range select) when you go to print, but the people this is for may not know. Thanks in advance

You can always hide columns and re-set Print Areas before printing.........I
do this for one client and have it set up on macros so he just pushes a
button for the various configurations he wants to print out.........and of
course a "clear" button to show all columns.........
