printing original message

Is there a setting in (either) Terminal Server or Outlook
that allows me to print or not print the original message
when printing a reply? I am trying to print an email, but
the original message will not print, even if I "Select
All" and print selection. I have to copy and paste the
text into Word in order to print. Any suggestions?
