Printing Outlook 2001 from OSX 10.3

I have a user that gets an attached Microsoft doc (Word, Excel etc). She
will open the attachment and can not print it. Copy and paste the contents
to a new word doc and it will print. The file never gets to the local Mac
print queue.

Any thoughts.
