Printing Outlook Calendar in booklet format using preprinted Filof

I am using Outlook 2000. I would like to print the Outlook calendar on 3.67" x 6.75" using Filofax perforated paper in booklet style. Since the leaves are in the top left side side of the portrait page, I can't seem to flip the paper to print double-sided and have it line up. I've used the "flip on long or short side" feature when I really need a mirror feature. Any suggestions.
