printing outlook contacts in medium booklet style

I'm trying to print my contacts in OL2007 in medium booklet style. After
cutting the paper in half and folding it to form a booklet, it's not
chronological. I can't figure it out. Can anybody help me with this?

Do not cut the pages in half. I just fold them (Printed side inward)
Stack them in order. Staple together. I use a gluestick pen and glu
the pages back to back. Or alternatively, print front and back

Thanks for your reply. I see your point and it can be done that way. In
OL98, I did it in medium booklet style, printed front and back, cut it in
half and it stayed chronological without wasting the back end and gluing them
together.
