When I print preview a speicific document (an invoice) in Excel 2007, it
shows the full page and there is space left over below the document, but when
I print it, it cuts off the lower edge of the document, even though the page
is not full, and the print area is specified to include the area with the
problems.
When I look at the printer setup (a HP 7780 networked printer) it seems to
be normal, and has no problems printing off other documents, email or other
items. Could it be somewhere in the spooler settings or other Excel settings?
Because when I delete more lines in the document, I will print it. even
though the page is only half full. (note. there is some other fonts, text,
graphics on the page, but nothing extreme)
