Printing 'Page 1 of N' on page

Is it possible to print a 'PAGE 1 of N' counter on a
report page.
i.e. does access know the number of pages before it
formats each page ?

Ryan,
If you wish to print the full number of pages on the report, you must make a
control with =[Pages] somewhere in the report.
This forces Access to actually format the report twice, in order to get the
total number of pages in the report.

So add an unbound control to the report, usually in the Page Footer.
Set it's control source to:
="Page " & [Page] " of " & [Pages]

This will show Page 1 of 10, Page 2 of 10, etc., in the footer.
