Printing & Page Layout Changes

We have several reports that wwere developed on ealrier
versions of Word (97 and 2000). We just upgaded to Word
for XP and Word 2003 and when we work on the report
everything is fine until we do a print preview or go to
print. It see to cut off the bottom 2 to 2.5 inches of
each page. Not just the footer, but text as well. When
you view the document in normal (print layout) view
everything is still there. It just won't print or print
preview the bottom of each page. Is there a coomand on
the later editions that is set that we need to adjust?

There is a known conflict between Word 2002 (and evidently 2003) and the HP
drivers for certain LaserJets. Using the Windows driver usually solves the
problem, but you lose some printer features and functionality. Many users
have reported that the "margin fix" drivers (or others) at
http://www.hp.com/pond/ljbeta/index.html solve the problem.

Thank you for the tip. The beta driver from HP seems to
be doing the trick.

Thanks again
