I am working on a PowerBook G4 with Word 2004. I just upgraded the Word to 11.5. I upgraded because I have not, all of a sudden, been able to print envelopes or PDF files. I have spoken to the printer(s) support and have traced it back to the software. I am able to print any other kinds of documents from Word and Excel but not these two. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.
