printing pdf to view on cpu

a little while ago I posted a question about sending a Project schedule to an
associate whowould view the schedule on a computer - he doesn't have to print
it out. I've been trying various approaches but haven't stumbled on it yet.
In page setup I selected horizontal and chose A4 in paper size. I think A4
is 36" w x 24" high.

I then chose Adobe PDF as my printer hoping to get a full view or 2 page
view of a schedule that was a for a year. I tried formatting using half
years, quarters etc.

Please advise.

A4 is 21x29 cm (2.54cm to the inch) so is significantly smaller than 36"x
24" !! Try A3 or A2 if your printer/plotter supports it.
