Printing Pictures in Greyscale and Black & White??

D

Dustin

I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to
print pictures using greyscale and black & white?
Everytime I try, it prints all the text slides and leaves
the pictures off, giving me pages with complete white
slides. Help!

Dustin,

If the pictures are actually on the page...i.e. you can select them, then
you can print them.

If you want to change how they will print in black and white...
View menu>Black & White.
Right click your images>choose "Black & White" then pick a setting...e.g
automatic, grayscale, light grayscale etc,

Then save your presentation. powerpoint will remember those settings for
each picture.

If you cannot select your pictures....then you have probably inserted them
via Format>Background>fill effects>picture. That's not the way to go!
