Printing pop up window

How do I turn off that annoying pop-up window that advises me "This document
was sent to the printer"? When printing multiple documents, it slows down
the process since I cannot see the entire page. Thanks!

Doesn't happen here so I assume it's a function of your printer, not
Office...

Printer notifications are handled by your operating systems print
server. You may set your preferences by opening it. See Windows Help and
Support, Print Server.

Thank you Steve! Your answer did the job--I even printed the document from
your link for future reference. This was my first posting and I am amazed at
the number of answers and swiftness of reply!
