printing postcards in Publisher 2002

I am trying to print 4 postcards to a page, but the 2 on the right-side keep
getting cut-off. I checked to see what my printer default margins were and
they are .166. I tried to change my margins in publisher, but it seems to
only effect the left side. Any suggestions?

What is your bottom margin in portrait? Whatever it is that is the limitation on
the right when you print landscape.

I don't understand what you mean. After reading the article about finding the
default margins it says mine are all .166" When I go into publisher to change
the margins I'm only able to change the Top and Side. When i do this it only
effects the Left and top sides, thus creating more of a printing problem.

When you print your postcards is your page setup manual or are you using one of
the postcard templates? Most of the templates have a left/right margin guides at
..5. You shouldn't have any problems printing templates.

If you are doing a manual setup you need to center your objects so they will all
print the same. This is a sample setup:
Page setup, landscape, Arrange, set your margins for .25. 2 rows, two columns.
Place grid guides at 4" and 4.75" horizontally. 5.25" and 5.75 vertically.

I was using the postcard template.

I set-up the manual page and it's centering everything correctly. How do I
place the grid guides?

Press shift with your cursor on the ruler and drag the grid guides.
