Printing presentations in Handout Format

When a user tries to print a presentation in the handout
format he gets random samples of the following instead of
one 11 page handout for 31 slides:

pages one through 4
then pages 1 throuth 7
then pages 1 throuth 11
The pattern seems to be random and only happens to
specific users whenever trying to print the same handouts.

All of his printer settings seem to be set correctly.
