When I print a presentation that uses a design template
that comes with the powerpoint package, the handouts &
slides that print out only include the text of the
presentation. The design background of the design
template used in the presentation does not printout.
This is good as it allows us to save on the ink of our
colored printer or black and white printer.
Problem: When we print a presentation that uses a design
template we created ourselves, the handouts and slides
that printout include the background in the design
template. Why does this happen? Often, the design
template we create includes some clip-art or pictures.
Do we need to save picture or clip-art on the design
template we created using a certain format to prevent the
background of the design template from printing?
We are using powerpoint 2000 and powerpoint 2002.
Thanks!
