Printing Problem 2010

Excel 2010 printing problem.

I have a workbook template with 34 sheets in it ... a data page, a
summary page, a miscellaneous page, and 31 separate sheets, one for
each day of the month.

When I ask for an Acrobat print file (File-Print-Print Entire
Workbook), some months give me all 34 pages in a single file and some
months give me four files, the first three pages as single files and
then 31 pages in a fourth file

Before you condemn Adobe, I've tried this same routine with the PDF
maker from CutePDF and Broderbund and they all give the same result.
I'm pretty sure the problem is in Excel and not in the PDF file
makers.

I have examined the properties of sheets from both types of month and
can't for the life of me figure out what is going on.

Any suggestions on where to look?
