Printing problem in mail merge envelope/page job

I'm printing a series of envelopes and one page letters. The envelope is
page one and the letter is page two. Print preview shows everything as
correctly formatted, but when it prints the envelope has just a few
characters, with the edges truncated, and the letter has two columns, again
with the edges of some letters truncated. The text in each column is the
same, and the columns could be sized to fit the envelope.

This was working fine the last time I worked with it. I tried reinstalling
the printer driver (HP psc 2110) and reinstalling Office 2007, but the
problem remains.

Any ideas?

I would suggest that the first thing to do would be to use two mailmerge
main documents, one for the envelopes and one for the letter. That way, you
should be able to separate the problems and it will be easier to find a
solution.

The problem however may be with the HP Printer Driver. See if there is an
updated one available from the HP web site, though they are pretty slack
about coming up with them.
