printing problem in outlook

Hello All
Here is my problem.
I compose a new message in MS Outlook.
When I print it I get My name with bold on the top and below the "to"
address and below the message.

My friend does the same thing and when he prints he gets only the
message.

I know there is some settings...But unable to find it out..
