Printing Problem once Converted to XP

We have a person who was upgraded to Office XP, one of her
databases was converted to XP, seems to be fine. However,
when she prints anything there are grid lines that appear
over the data. If we get to the database from another pc,
the grid lines do not appear. We have never seen anything
like this before. If anyone has any ideas, we would
greatly appreciate the help.
