printing problem

I recently upgraded to Office Pro XP and outlook only
allows Rich Text, HTML and plain text. My last 2000
program allowed Microsoft Word. I do not know if this is
my problem. The real problem is that the new program does
not allow for me to pick the page or a selection to
print. We can only print the whole document. This
sometimes takes many pages. How can I turn on the same
print options I have in all the other programs?
