Windows XP Pro SP1 with Outlook 2003 and all updates. I have two printers
installed. One local, a Deskjet 1000C and one network, both print fine.
Problem: when an email is opened and you select File, Print, the network
printer is the only one that shows up. Doesn't matter if it's the default
or not. Am not able to get Outlook to see the local printer. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled the local printer. I have repaired Outlook.
The local printer is a color printer and the network printer is not color.
Would like to be able to print to the color printer from time to time.
Word 2003 sees both printers and prints to both just fine.
Any help would be appreciated.
