I have a Word 2007 form that I created from copying an older version of the
same form to the new document. When I created the doument the margins were
within half an inch of the edges. The form looks fine in a normal/print view,
but when I go to print preview it only shows a small section of the form, in
the lower middle of the page. When I print the form it prints the lower right
quarter of the form in the upper left corner of the page. Whenever I print
word also tells me that the margins are outside of the printing area, which
they do print as, but in the normal view they are not.
Can anyone tell me why in print preview the document looks wrong one way,
and when I print it, it looks wrong again in a different way? And how can I
fix this?
