Printing problem

I have a word document that has been created. Currently
it is 30 pages long and has been section breaks and the
page numbering is formatted to display 'section-page
number within section.' There are also some screen shots
(ALT + PrintScreen) pasted into this document as well.

When I print this entire document out it prints fine.
However, 3 people tried to print out a range of pages (#
11-14) and the pages did not print and they did not get
any errors. I created the document and did the print
selection for the same page range and it did not print
for me as well.

Any suggestions? I don't know how this happened and I am
very inexperienced to all the advanced features in word.
Or even if this is a basic function I don't know how to
fix this.

Any help is appreciated.

You must include the section number. Follow the format in the status bar:
p2s1-p3s2, for example.
