printing problem

I have an ibook and an hp printer (deskjet 5100). I have no problem
printing on any application except for Word. When I print in word, my
printer brings the page in and out about 4 times (at different rates) and
then it will print (only one page at a time) but when it is done printing
the printer just stops and does not eject the page (unless I force the
eject on the printer). Then a warning comes up on the printer dialogue
saying "banner eject". Any suggestions? I just reinstalled the drivers
this afternoon (problem still there) but i'm open to other suggestions.

Hi mrkelz,

Go into Page Setup and make sure the Format For box shows your printer. If
it's not that, then I don't know what to suggest.
